AllM365 Governance collects Microsoft 365 configuration and governance metadata — identifiers, settings, ownership, membership counts and activity timestamps. It does not collect, index or store Microsoft 365 content: no file bodies, no message text, no mailbox items. Access tokens are acquired on demand and are never persisted, cached to disk or written to logs. Evidence, reports and customer branding are held in organisation-scoped storage paths and retained according to that organisation’s retention configuration.
